Jeeves is expanding its go-to-market organization across the Americas and Europe, and we are adding contract recruiting capacity to support that growth. This is a hands-on role for an experienced recruiter who can take ownership of live requisitions immediately and begin delivering pipeline from the first week.

You will work in close partnership with our GTM recruiter, who leads hiring across this function, and with sales leadership across multiple markets. Our processes, tooling and hiring panels are well established, so the focus of this engagement is on execution and throughput rather than on building new infrastructure.

Jeeves is looking for an exceptional Technical Recruiter to join our Global People Team and own hiring for our Engineering, Product, and Data organizations. You'll partner directly with engineering leaders to build pipelines for backend, infrastructure, mobile, data, and product roles across our global teams — and you'll shape how we scale technical hiring as the company grows. This role reports to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition.
Our ideal candidate has recruited technical talent at a fintech or software company and has start-up experience. You should be comfortable reading a system design job description, holding your own in a conversation with a staff engineer, and building sourcing strategies that go well beyond LinkedIn Recruiter. You'll run full-cycle: deep sourcing, technical screening, market mapping, candidate experience, and closing.
