Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor degree or above 2. At least 8 years working experience in purchasing management； 3. Familiar with supplier resource search, purchase order tracking and execution 4. Strong language skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills and problem-solving skills 5. Fluent in English and can be used as a working language.
