Requisitos

1+ years of experience in administrative, office operations, coordination, procurement, or related roles. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including spreadsheets, data tracking, basic formulas, expense reporting, and administrative records. Experience in business travel coordination , including bookings with travel agencies, preferably Chinese travel agencies. Experience handling invoices, reimbursements, payments, procurement, inventory, and supplier coordination , with knowledge of Brazilian Nota Fiscal (NF) preferred. Strong organizational, communication, attention-to-detail, and multitasking skills , with advanced proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. and the ability to work independently.
